52-year-old Jennifer Connelly showed off her toned figure in a black bikini. The star of the film “Requiem for a Dream” and the TV series “Snowpiercer” is currently relaxing on a yacht off the coast of Capri with her husband Paul Bettany.
The actress looked incredibly young as she relaxed in the sea and on a sun lounger. She was joined by her husband Paul Bettany, star of The Avengers.
Jennifer and Paul have been married for 20 years. They got married in a modest family ceremony in Scotland.
The couple has two children: Stellan, 19, and Agnes, 14. Jennifer Connelly also has a 26-year-old son, Kai, with her ex-boyfriend, photographer David Dugan.
But apparently, the couple decided to relax without children.
Jennifer and Paul’s marriage was preceded by a romantic story. Bettan said in an interview that he fell in love with Connelly when he saw her in the film “Once Upon a Time in America.”
They were both teenagers then, but Paul vowed to marry her.
This was Jennifer’s first role, after which she starred in the fairytale film “Labyrinth”, where her partner was David Bowie.
Paul himself began his career several years later than Connelly. His first role was one of the episodes of the popular TV series “Purely English Murder”.
But Paul and Jen met only 14 years later, on the set of the film A Beautiful Mind in 2000.
Paul recalled that his attraction to his future wife was “instant.”
“I’d never been this close to such a beautiful girl before. I remember thinking, ‘I bet every man she’s ever met has tried to flirt with her,'” he said in an interview.
