Hilary Duff celebrated her fourth wedding anniversary to Matthew Koma on Thursday by posting a number of pictures on her Instagram account.
With a series of photos, the 36-year-old actress offered her almost 27 million followers a glimpse into her marriage to her 36-year-old husband.
