Finally, Christina Aguilera has shared how she shed forty pounds in preparation for her shows
Christina Aguilera, who still “has a booty,” has now shared the details of how she lost an incredible 40 pounds.
The Beautiful vocalist stunned audiences with an array of form-fitting leotards, thigh-high leather boots, and tiny corsets at the opening concert of her Las Vegas residency on Tuesday, January 2.

However, it appears that the celebrity is now accepting her figure after years of battling with her weight.
And what’s her secret? It’s maintaining a rigorous exercise schedule and a balanced diet, that’s for sure.
She has tried a number of diets over the years, and in 2008, after giving birth to her son Max, she lost an amazing 40 pounds by limiting her daily caloric intake to 1,600.
Christina acknowledged that she had previously adhered to the Rainbow Diet, which calls for consuming primarily plant-based foods and “brightly colored fruits and vegetables” on a daily basis.

Every day, she would consume foods that corresponded with a particular color—red, yellow, orange, and so on—in order to reduce inflammation and boost antioxidant levels.
However, she gave up dieting completely in 2020 and concentrated on consuming more nutritious foods and reducing her intake of sugary snacks.
She has worked with famous personal trainer Tee Sorge, combining strength and cardio training with heavy weights, to keep happy and healthy in her own body.

“Get over it, I’m not going on a diet,” she declared to L’Officiel Italia. Since each of us is unique, people tend to judge you according to your distinctions and what makes you special.
You have to put everything else aside and accept that beauty.”
She has also said in the past to Health: “I hated being so skinny when I started this business.” I began to fill out a bit after I reached 21, and I was in love with my new curves. I was grateful to have a booty.”
