Currently on a sun-filled vacation in Thailand, the actress, 58, gave herself ‘another day’ at the Chiva Som spa in Hua Hin.
The Gossip Girl actress showed off her ample cleavage and stunning curves in the turquoise set.
She can be seen walking toward the pool in the video, where she eventually receives guidance and support for a series of movements from a practitioner who is holding the actress.
“Another day of pampering at Chiva Som,” she wrote in her post. One of the best stretches I’ve ever had is this one, Watsu.
Earlier last week, the Austin Powers actress treated herself to a vacation in Ibiza, where she socialized with some friends.
In a video posted to her Instagram page, she flaunted her amazing figure in the same tiny turquoise bikini.
The actress and her friend enjoyed the Mediterranean island’s sun, striking several poses while donning sunglasses.
Her friend was dressed in an identically colored swimming suit with a plunging neckline and a long necklace tied behind her.
At one point, Elizabeth’s dog joined the party and her friend planted a kiss on the star’s forehead.
The two were inseparable throughout the video, giving Elizabeth’s almost three million followers an insight into their friendship.

Madonna’s Holiday played in the background as the two held hands and frolicked about their resort.
