Finland gives special effect to the horns of the deer to defend accidents by car
You maybe remember cartoon about the deer the nose of which was colored with red. Now you may not think that such things can happen in real only the difference was not a nose but the horns. And the interesting thing was that horns rescue their life. When arriving Finland you will be evident to that scene. Several individuals went to Finland to see them. Though winter seems as if to turn the world into a wonderland but it can also arise issues.
The government of Finland for several years have been arranged measures to decrease the accidents within the participation of reindeer. The thing was that they could pass along the road without noticing the moving car and the drivers also did not see them. Poor lightning not always help the drivers orient themselves and do not manage to stop the car.
And taking account the increasing cases of accidents a director Anne determined to use bright paint. She and other employees started to cover the horns of deer with unusual paint that will make them visible in the dark. Due to this experiment now the cases are in the process of improvement.
