The 43-year-old Brazilian supermodel was spotted inspecting the renovations to her $11.5 million mansion that she bought a year ago.
She recently returned from a trip to Costa Rica with her kids and her purported boyfriend Joaquim Valente.
The actress wore a white tank top that was tucked into her light-wash blue jeans to create an effortlessly stylish look.
She changed into comfortable brown sandals with open toes for the daytime outing.
Bundchen went with simple accessories, wearing a gold-chained necklace and a delicate bracelet on her left wrist.
Her long hair, parted in the middle, fell past her shoulders in gentle waves with ease.
During the quick visit, Gisele made the decision not to bring a bulky handbag or purse. A close friend also joined her to check in on the status of the house.
According to Page Six, it was discovered late last year that the model had secretly bought the $11.5 million Miami mansion across from ex-Tom Brady’s house.
In October 2022, she announced her divorce from the former NFL star and closed on the five-bedroom property in the same month.
But the public figure had begun to show interest in the Surfside home in August, just a few months earlier.
At the time, an insider told the outlet, “Gisele was actively looking at homes in Miami Beach even before Tom took his break from the NFL, which indicates that she was already done with the marriage and moving on.”
Notably, the homes of the former couple are practically across from one another and are situated on different sides of Indian Creek.
“It would be quite simple for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other—you could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s, not that they would.” However, both homes have docks.
