Gisele shares her top five tips for living a healthy lifestyle while ոaked

Have you ever wondered how Gisele Bundchen, a supermodel and busy mother, manages to maintain her serene appearance despite her turbulent year?

The 43-year-old Brazilian beauty has disclosed her five stress-reduction strategies, which include the time spent in nature, meditation, and physical activity.

The ex-wife of Tom Brady stated last week that “managing stress is part of life and while we can’t always control our circumstances, we can choose how we respond to them and try to find healthy ways to deal with it.”

Above all, Gisele—who is allegedly in a romantic relationship with her attractive Jiu-Jitsu expert Joaquim Valente—thinks that getting moving to release endorphins is essential to achieving a more at ease frame of mind.

Engage in some physical activity; a gym membership is not required. Find a hobby or pastime you enjoy, such as yoga, dancing, running, or sports.

“The key is to move your body in order to reap the benefits of endorphin release,” she says.

Gisele goes on to advise taking some time to unwind in nature.

“Take a walk in the outdoors: Even 20 minutes a day spent in nature can help reduce stress and balance hormone levels.”

“Conscious breathing” or meditation is her third piece of advice.

She described meditation as “finding a comfortable spot in a quiet place, focusing on your breath, and allowing your mind and body to calm down.”

As a wellness advocate for Gaia Herbs since September, Gisele also mentioned the company in her fourth Instagram post tip:

“Take herbal supplements. Ashwagandha, from gaiaherbs, can help increase the body’s ability to withstand both physical and mental stress.”

She also suggests avoiding “sugary, processed” meals and having a balanced diet.
