Madonna suffered from renal and lung failure, which put her in an induced cօma for 48 hours
According to Madonna, she experienced lung and kidney failure and was put into an induced coma for 48 hours.
She had to postpone her Celebration World Tour after being hospitalized in June 2023 due to a bacterial infection. She has since acknowledged that she was “dragged” to the ER.
“There are some very important people in the room tonight that were with me at the hospital,” the Hung Up hitmaker declared in a moving speech during her most recent performance.
I was taken to the hospital by a woman who holds great importance.
“I can’t even recall. I woke up in the ICU after passing out on the floor of my restroom. For 48 hours, I was put into an induced coma.
My life was rescued by her. Expressing gratitude to Shavawn, her buddy who was there in the audience, she remarked.
The singer also expressed her gratitude to her Kabbalah teacher, who remained by her bedside during her medical ordeal. Madonna has been a follower of Kabbalah, the mystical branch of Judaism, since 1996.
“That was the only voice I heard,” she disclosed. “Squeeze my hand,” he said, and I heard it. When I first got conscious, my six amazing children were seated all around me.
I almost died, by the way, trying to fit all of my kids into one room!
In 1996, she and her ex-partner Carlos Leon welcomed their first child, Lourdes Leon. In 2000, Madonna gave birth to her first child, Rocco, with her ex-husband Guy Ritchie.
She then adopted the twins Stella and Estere in 2017, David in 2006, and Chifundo “Mercy” James in 2009.
