A small doggie called Neville is keen to sleep next to his bowl. Moreover, he takes it with him everywhere he goes.
He was taken to home by Susanne, she looked through the photos on the website of the local shelter. Neville looked very sad. People loved him, even his poor, unhappy face. So the woman decided to not leave him so unfortunate give him a forever home.
Susanne had another pet who was also from a shelter.
Very soon, Neville was adopted, but he started to act strangely. The reason was surprising to her.
The dog was never left alone, however, to our surprise he was worried about a different matter, which quickly got Susanne’s attention. Neville ate food not from his bowl, but from the floor.
Susanne was shocked by his behavior.
But instead of worrying, It turns out that her pet is well attached to his bowl so that he sees it as a real treasure!
Two years after the incident nothing has changed at all.
Susanne suggests that the bowl may actually represent home and comfort and that the dog might be mistreated before, so he is now in peace with his bowl.
Neville is will be twelve years old soon, and he gradually stops to hear and see, but Susanne never stops loving her good-natured pet.
