An aged tortoise which was 80 years gave birth for the first time and the babies are feeling fine
Generally tortoises live from 10 to 80 years. When getting old they just are fond of the rest of their life and don’t have responsibility for new babies. But we see a tortoise with the name Nigrita which had the chance to be a mother for the first time. In this example we see that the age can be still a figure.
These species is in the edge of vanishing so it was happiness to hear about this news. The mother is really a hero to give birth at such an old age. Nigrita lives one of the zoos of Switzerland. They can live up more than a century. They are long-living reptiles. Only ten Galapagos reptiles exist in the world. Nigirta’s babies are born healthy and well.
We see that only after forty years these species can have babies. Even its old age Nigrita is looking after her small babies and shows care and love towards them. The daddy of the babies is Jumbo, which is 54 years. It Is really exciting that tortoises have babies and their existence goes on due to kind-hearted and worried people.
