For the last six years, a man named Edgardo has saved almost five hundred stray dogs. He got to know them during his trips along the border of Mexico.
It is a strange thing to see. A man pushing a pushcart on the highway, only near the places where stray dogs are abundant. It was six years ago when he started his journey along the border, during which he helped everyone who was in need.
With a broken heart, Edgardo states that nobody helps the poor animals, he understands their pain, they just need some care and love. that’s all! This man rescued and helped to find shelter for more than five hundred sick and wounded dogs.
However, not all of them are lucky enough to live longer. In this case, Edgardo stays with the dying dogs until the last minute. Most of the dogs are only temporary travelers with him. Although there are the ones who travel with him for years.
